There’s a magical moment when things become clear.
The penny drops, we see or feel things differently, there’s a shift and a sense of things clicking into place.
Once we know, we can’t unknow - even if our mind tries to talk us out of it and it doesn’t make sense on paper - or to the people around us.
But how do you know when you know?
I know that I know when I feel a sense of surprise followed by instant acceptance.
I’ve either said something out loud, written something down or heard something that quietly and clearly shifts everything.
I feel a bit like the version of me in this picture - all the parts of me have joined up and the answer feels obvious - like it’s been there all along.
I know I know.
Perhaps yours is similar? Or completely different?
It could feel instant and strong, with an inner excitement and an urge to get started!
Or maybe the result of letting things settle - like waking up with a clear head after a good night’s sleep.
Or a quiet whisper that keeps showing up and won’t be ignored.
Whatever it is, it’s good to reflect back on when you’ve had it, so you can connect with what it feels like - for you.
So that when you know, you know.
How do you know when you know?
Wishing you a week of connecting with your knowing,
