A birthday wish

It’s the week of my birthday.

The end of one annual cycle and the start of a new one. A time to pause and a moment to reflect, to celebrate, and to look ahead.

I’ll be doing just that - tucked away in a corner of the Lake District and at home.

So, in place of a reflection this Monday, here’s a birthday wish - with love from me to you.

My wish is for you to see and believe in your own unique brilliance - to acknowledge, accept and embrace all your interesting differences. To know that there really is no one size fits all, and it’s OK to be the exception to the rule.

To follow your energy and find what fits you, and work in a way that brings out the best in you. To lead your life with energy, and have a spring in your step for the way forward.
